I doubt it would have any change in form.

Cell absorbed 17 and 18 to get to his perfect form right?

When 18 was removed, he went back to his Imperfect grade 2 form.

However when he was blown up, he achieved Ssj2 Perfect form due to one of his cells surviving and someone ascending.

So basically Cell is now Perfect Cell even with 17 and 18 being seperate.

Because he is in his perfect form, he will not transform further.

If he absorbed Super #17 he would explode, because his current form (Perfect) would not handle the power and he would probably explode.

IF Cell trained to reach a higher power level then absorbed Super #17 it may work. He'll be way overpowered than a Ssj4 seeing as Super #17 alone was enough for Ssj4 Goku.

It will be a job for Ssj4 Gogeta who took on Omega Shenron, so yeah I would put Perfect Cell w/Super 17 around Omega Shenron.
