listen to me. urahara was the first to discover hollow power with soulreapers. we dont know what he can do with this. he is running on barley any of his true power so we dont know what his true power looks like. we have only seen him use a little of sword so we dont know what he can do with that. we dont know what his bankai is. basically we dont know anything about urahara so yes, I can say that.
