Did you even see him TRY to do anything? He didn't give a d*mn what happens to her or him, as long as he obtained the Hogyoku.

Aizen IS NOT a hollow. Come on dude. Shinigami don't have masks, thus why Aizen doesn't.
Vizards on the other hand(former Shinigami that broke through the limits) CAN force on their masks. When Aizen finally uses the Hogyoku on himself(if he hasn't already), he will don a mask WHEN he wants to summon it.
