We haven't seen Urahara nor Aizen fight seriously yet. Neither character, as of now, has shown whether or not he can adapt in a battle under trying circumstances. As I has previously stated, we haven't seen the feats of both of these characters, so we have no way to know what they can do and this thread is pretty much pointless..
