i think Aizen is more of a long term planer even tho Aizen can plan quicker ....Urahara is use to being able to adjusting to situations and changes from being in the experimental department...and the fact the Urahara would be able to adjust quickly would keep him in the battle.

but azien still stronger because he cool

Kyouka Suigetsu doing the work of fooling an entire society reflects off Aizen's own skill. The hypnosis wouldn't be so binding/convincing if Aizen didn't carefully think out what he wanted to make everyone see, since he even said the illusions are based on what he desires them to become.
