Not that fond of the playstation one, the button icons around the side don't do it for me.
On the Goku vs Ryu I think you should get rid of that little bit of yellow next to Gokus gi.
Apart from that the rest are good. Its much much better than some of your earlier work.
I don't know anything about art so thats really all I can tell you.
