My Suggestion:

Write unwritten rules for debates, and otherwise better organize the board. On that same note, get Battle! & RPG up again. There should be organization on sections which demand organization. Otherwise, you have general chat leaking into the Anime & Manga sections, Creative Writing, etc. Just don't be too strict to the point that I don't want to post anymore. Srsly.
