His intelligence isn't a factor in Tsukoyomi.
Physical stamina doesn't matter, in a direct attack on the mind/spirit, and, honestly, neither does mental stamina, since Itachi controls "everything" within Tsukoyomi. That includes Superman, and whatever type of stamina. The only way around this, on anything, is to prove that something doesn't fall under the category of "everything".
Tsukoyomi takes affect instantly. The torture can take place over any amount of time, and it will take affect..instantly in real time. This is the mind, not the body. Torture in a mental/spiritual dimension is not affected by physical regeneration, and in fact, even if damage to his mind/spirit was capable of regnerating instantly, it is a thing taking place, within Tsukoyomi, a place where Itachi controls everything.
Shattering it, is..you realize it's a mental/spiritual dimension, honestly, what happens to his mind. Aaaand, exerting the power to shatter it (mentally), isn't taking place within Tsukoyomi, or does not fall under the category of.."everything"?
