If Itachi was feeling sporting, he might let Superman see Krypton and his parents blow up for a few hours, and then summon some hefty pieces of Kryptonite and torture Superman with those, and then snap his neck or something. I reiterate: The level in power makes no difference, if Itachi manages to catch anyone without the Mangekyou to fight back inside Tsukuyomi, it's done. Itachi wins.
