Remind me of the part where Yoruichi just... vanished from Yammy's field of view, to reappear an instant later behind him, her sword having cleaved off Yammy's arm without any chance of retaliation... oh, wait, Ichigo did that. =/
Yoruichi delivered a severe beating to Yammy, but by her own admittion she suffered a fair deal of damage herself from Yammy's Iron Skin, implying that the only thing that gave her an edge was her superior speed, which again wasn't on the level of disappearing and reappearing whilst having taken off an arm, so yeah.
Personally, I would place Bankai Ichigo's speed above Yoruichi's by a decent margin. That aside, Yoruichi excels in both Kidou and Hakuda, whereas Ichigo's dominance in Zanjutsu is beyond question, since Yoruichi doesn't even have a zanpakuto. With Ichigo being faster than her, trying to fight unarmed an opponent with a blade could be nigh-suicidal, unless she has some real pawnage kidou, but Ichigo also has the ability to fire off a guided Getsuga (I forgot to mention that it is Arrancar arc Ichigo in the first two match-ups). So the only thing that evens off the scales would be Soifon, who could pose enough trouble with a speed that is equal to Yoruichi's, making it much harder for Ichigo to keep track. There is a possibility that Ichigo could emerge victorious in the first match-up, but he'd end up with... severe injuries, in a nigh-death condition and exhaustion from using shunpo-level speed and above for an extended period of time.
In the second match-up that possibility decreases further, considering Soifon can use Yoruichi as a versatile distraction and attempt to deliver her two-hit-death combo - if she doesn't go for that, it's basically the same as the first one with a decent speed advantage for Soifon, which really makes it almost impossible for Ichigo to win...
I won't go into the Mask-included match-ups yet, I want to hear more opinions on those.
