I think Mystic Gohan has the same power as SSJ3 Goku (when he's dead). But i thing that goku ssj3 could fight better than mystic Gohan... You can see this on movie 13 while they fighting hildegarn( Mystic Gohan loses much easier than Goku 3) and while fighting Buu(with Gotenks and piccolo) Goku stand better than Gohan...

SSj3 Goku and Mystic Gohan are a little bit stronger than SSj3 Gotenks...
