I'm not debating wheter he could ascend to ssj3 (he obviously could, since Goku was able to.)

The reason why I'm asking about Vegetto is that I made a story where a character (previously about as powerful as ssj2 Goku) recieved a near-death increase, putting him on par with a full-power ssj Vegetto.
