I think he only gains the shirt/gi of whom ever there strongest, person in him is, but still has the streength of everyone else in him, meaning when he absorbed Ultimate Gohan he also had Piccolo's, Goten's, and Trunk's power, but since Gohan was the strongest he had his clothes.

I think Shinn Buu would win though since he is already a smart fighter then Gotenks, then you add Piccolo's intellegence which helps a lot.
