Not bad for a list but I have noted that.
-Gotenks and Shin Buu were dead even but Gotenks was slightly but really slightly stronger, yet in your list he's 1,25x stronger. At 1,33x you can vaporize your opponent with no effort, if Gotenks was 1,25x stronger than Shin Buu, then the fight wouldn't have been so close.
-Gohan being 1,6x stronger than Shin Buu is a little high a think, Vegeta who was 1,33x stronger than Kiwi destroyed him, yet we don't see Gohan putting that sort of dominating performance, sure Buu was almost running for his life, but with 1,6x more power than Buu, a hit from Gohan would have almost knock him out. In that scenario, Buu is Kiwi and Gohan is Vegeta, though I don't believe the difference to be as big. I would place Gohan about 1,3x stronger than Shin Buu, 1,4x maximum.
-It was stated that Buu gained the strength of his opponent when he absorbs them. Buu absorbing Gotenks should be Shin Buu's power+Gotenks power, therefore is power should have been:
2,000,000,000,000+2,500,000,000= 4,500,000,000,000. Yet you have Shin Buu(Gotenks absorbed) weaker than Chou Gohan, the probleme is, he clearly demonstrated he was much much stronger than Chou Gohan. You have him about as strong as SSJ3 Gotenks when unaltered Shin Buu was about as strong as SSJ3 Gotenks. It doesn't make sense that, when he swallows him, he's just a tad bit stronger.
Why is Vegeto's SSJ multiplier 5,33x and not just 5x?
-I made rough calculations, I can assure you that, Chou Gohan is nowhere near being 9x stronger than SSJ3 Goku, he's more like 4-6x stronger.
-Last but not least. Chibi Buu and SSJ3 Goku were dead even, they said that, only full power SSJ3 Goku could have taken him out. They should have the exact same power level, with Chibi Buu being slightly stronger in my opinion. SSJ3 Goku losing power is weaker then Chibi Buu since he absolutely needed full power to destroy him. Goku started the fight at full power, he said himself that he went all out from the begining, Chibi Buu still put up a solid performance against him, if the difference between their power was 2,33x then SSJ3 Goku's hits would have hurt Chibi Buu much more than Chou Gohan's hits hurt Shin Buu. Their difference in power can be that high since if it was, Goku would have dominated him from the begining to the end.
These are the power levels that caught my attention. Good effort on your list.

There's no way Rildo could generate a blast powerful enough to obliterate Kid Buu completely, which is needed or else he'll just regenerate endlessly.
