Without a doubt, SSJ Goku versus Freeza.
Why? It was so brutal, so physical that no other fight matched it in sheer power. Both were fighters at their very best (at the time) and were so evenly matched as to make the fight very entertaining. The exploding planet scenario also helps, inciting an atmosphere of desperation that works very well.
