Again, why does everyone keep thinking Itachi would bust out Tsukuyomi in the first place?

Also ANB brings up a good point. No Chakra means the Genjutsu wouldn't work. Tsukuyomi would still but normal Genjutsu would have no effect unless we "give" the Z fighters Chakra for this fight.
