Itachi's bending of physical laws would have no effect on a being that could handle 300x the gravity of Earth. Crushing. Raw. GRAVITY. And he wouldn't know jack about chi manipulation other than it's similarity to chakra. No matter how quickly he analyzes it, if Vegerot simply "kiai-ed" the Tsukuyomi world would shatter. Forcing his chi into his opponent won't work since the guy is over 9,000 (Lulz, even bigger) fold superior.

And JC, if you want to talk about being paralyzed in someone's presence then Vegerot would make...anybody pee a river.

Note: Training to handle that much gravity is vastly different from being born on a planet with that much mass. It makes an astronomical difference (In that "big" sense).
