Jokes aside, I'm just saying that vocalizing an attack isn't necessary but may reflect a full extent of a leap in power or something to that effect. The FUNimation dub tends to cause the viewer to think such, the same way the Anime could cause the viewer to feel elements overextended to the point of being askew and inane - transformations seeming more like eye candy and special effects come to mind, as does overcomplexion and messes of Gi's and appearances (rather than the rudimentary and terse quality found in the Manga) also comes to mind. It's the same with the aforementioned additions of vocalizations of the average attack (that feel more like unnecessitated assaults with the additions in question) that may pander the viewers with fanservice and what have you. It's less commanding to further the notion in my view, but to answer this thread, again.... no, it isn't.
