Chibi Buu won't let him do anything, he'll just blast him without losing a single second. It's like when he appeard for the first time, he just destroyed the earth, like that, for no reason. That would be the same for Itachi, he would just destroy him in less than a second.

Wait, Itachi Genjutsu'd Deidara right away, before the fight even began...
And wait again, didn't Kid Buu also like...fall asleep in the middle of the fight? And didn't it take him a while to charge that planet-destroyer? And didn't he seem to be happier than a pig in shit beating his chest and making monkey noises? So...is he really in any better of a position? Because from where I'm standing, as far as "positions" are concerned, every single DBZ character seems to be in one that involves bending over.
