He probably wouldn't use it. There wouldn't be a real reason to anyways.

I say Itachi wins. As soon as the battle starts Bejitto would be stuck in a Genjutsu. It would probably be better to match Itachi up against someone like Chibi Buu.

It's funny though. If Chaozu could talk to Naruto for 10 seconds before the fight he'd win...
