Goku was afraid to take on super buu by himself because he knew he would lose. But he took on kid buu and kid buu was clearly stronger but even goku wasn't at full power. So i think it goes like this- Super Buu>Goku SSJ3 FP>>Kid Buu>>Goku ssj3 not full power.
