What I don't see is how 13 years can go by since Goku's return from Namek, and how the notion exists that Gohan could be SSj for about 11 years(by estimate, Trunks was born the year AHs #17 and #18 came to be, Goku died before this, and I'd assume his friends were killed sometime in the first 2 years as well as many other humans) and still be weaker than the 150k PL Goku possessed on Namek. If Zer0 thinks that Cooler is stronger than Frieza 100% by 1.2x, then Cooler's power level would still be weaker than SSj Goku's at 144,000(assuming form 4 produces the same result). Mirai Gohan should have been able to take Cooler even with lack of limb.
