Ill go with Bujin since he seem to be stronger then Yakkon who was not that strong.
Goku easily delealt with Yakon and if it was not for his light absorbing ability and the ability too seem in the darkness the fight would have been over in lke 5 seconds.
Bujin can freeze people at or weaker then Vegeta's SSJ level during the movie, so he could definatly freeza Yakkon, then get off a few good hits.
