Yeah, it's still happening. As of now, the pictures thread has a 25th page that has appeared out of nowhere when there should be 24.

EDIT: This is happening in Ranny's ask me thread also, when there should be 21 pages instead of 22. I would provide a link, but I don't have much time to be on the computer now.
