Q: How do you receive rep power?
A: You receive 1 additional rep power:
For every 365 days of membership
For every 1000 posts
For every 100 rep points

Q: I tried to add to someone's reputation, and it didn't work. Why not?
A: You need to have at least 50 posts and 10 rep points before your rep hits will count on others. You can only give a maximum of 10 rep clicks per 24 hours, and you have to give rep hits to 20 other people before you can give them to the same person again (Admins are exempt from these rules).
