Minion, from what I've seen, the 'DBZ' RPG isn't really one. The only thing that keeps it even close to being one is the races (just barely), the word "ki" and a partilly canon storyline. Not sure about the Galaxy section ince I haven't been there in awhile. Anyways, the RPG is pretty much a multi-RPG, but with a few restrictions. I've seen characters in there that are from differant mangas that are allowed as long as the techniques are called "ki".

My idea would be to just get rid of those restrictions and let it be a multi-anime/manga RPG. You could keep the basic stats system (with some rewording) and create a larger galaxy if needed, and use a new money system. As for races, just give a basic list and if someone wants a differnt, let them PM ya and ask.
