Keep the current system, lift the limitation that characters should adhere to the canon-DBZ storyline, rename ki to energy, and you have it. People can go nuts making characters from any different anime they want, and everyone is happy. And if someone overdoes it, that's what mods are for.

However, if it's strictly between DBZ and Naruto, then I'd go with Nikushimi's opinion. MFG can't handle a Naruto RPG.

Why?

Because it lacks hatred.

And activity.
