Probably Grimmjow. Szayel doesn't seem that strong, at all, though since Ichigo at least went bankai to fight Yami, he's probably considerably more powerful than shikai Ichigo. Considering the strength of the Privaron Espada that Ichigo fought, he might be close to bankai Ichigo, although, his strength seems to be in his technology and special abilities. Zomari seems like he's going to give Byakuya some trouble, although to be fair, his strength is also largely in his unique abilities, yet he's certainly more powerful than Szayel. Together, the two of them might give put Grimmjow in a pretty bad situation if he doesn't take their powers seriously, but Grimmjow might be enough to match the two of them in raw power without releasing, although it depends on how much stronger Byakuya has gotten, and whether or not he wins or loses the fight. Grimmjow (released) should be a lot stronger than either of them.
