Maybe you could even out the ranks between the three (10 each, since there's 30 ranks)? Of course, having 1-10 as one, 11-20 as another, and 21-30 as the last wouldn't be all that good, so mix it up?

EDIT: Ohshi. You said different sets. Well, in that case, nah. It'd probably be better to have all three into one.
