Unless you've changed it, yes, it would be the one you used when you first registered.
It will help the move go more smoothly if you can update your email here ASAP. To do that, click on the "Edit Profile" link at the top of the page. Then click on the Email tab. Enter your current email address at the bottom, in the "Private Email" section.
