I, for one, don't see much of a point. "Training Schools" for Dragonball might be fine, but there really isn't "Fighting Styles" to speak of in Dragonball Z, at least that are readable to a common person.

I understand your point of view. However, characters throughout DBZ are trained by other characters. Because of this, characters do not all fight the same way. Gohan is a good example, he is trained by Piccolo in an ancient namekian style and later by Goku in Goku's own mix of every style he has learnt. Every character has a unique style of fighting but there is some basic structure of each style passed on through training. Like Trunks has Vegeta's saiya-jin style training whereas Gohan will not have any trace of that in his fighting.
