Tail Regeneration
Goku's tail was removed permantly, its a plot hole for him to be growing one.
The tail doesn't give a huge boost, if a boost at all. The tail seemed only to let Goku control his power.
Kami was a God in dragonball so he can recreate the moon. He is suppose to have the same abilities as the dragon.
