Actually, Goku would PWN Naruto. Of course, if it was Naruto using Kyuubi's full power, then he would PWN Goku up until the Cell saga. He MIGHT be able to beat Trunks and Vegeta (USSJ Forms 1 & 2), but I don't think he could beat Goku.

Anyway, welcome back. For a second there, I thought you were Aoshi.
