Brolly. Because:
1. he is in three films
2. even with all that muscle he is still incredibly fast
3. he's way too much killing machine, even for saiyan standards!!
Not bardock because:
1. he's constantley bringing up kakorott, never raditz! sign of a bad father...
2. he is wearing a blood soaked cloth, didn't he ever think that's a little, grose?
3. his facial features are a rip- off of yamcha and his hair is exactly like goku's/goten's, so raditz's should be too! But instead it it looks like vegeta (the weird v thing, just like veg's hair)
