If Cooler was stronger then Freeza, then explain how Freeza was able to beat up on Goku and hurt him, when Cooler couldn't even phase him. There's also no proof that Goku was any stronger in Movie 5 then he was on Namek. He wasn't able to control SSj, which means he hadn't gone through the training on Yadrat.
