Yes, free would be great. Unfortunately, most of the free ones I've seen haven't been very good -- so I don't mind paying a little to get a really awesome skin (the one I linked to above is around US$30).
Yeah that's about the average price out there. If you're keen on paying a bit I'll have a more in depth look at the paid skins.
