Default Jushiro Ukitake vs. Shunsui Kyoraku
On first glance I assumed Jushiro was stronger than Shunsui but the tuberculosis would even it out but most people's opinions are that Shunsui is stronger even when excluding the ailment.

Anyways who wins in all forms?
