Default Re: Lone Wanderer: The Story of Corey (OC, Extreme AU, Crossover)

Saga 1: Super Saiyan?

^ If anyone has any ideas on for better saga titles, pop in with a suggestion. But, yes, the first saga is where Corey becomes a legendary Super Saiyan. Lol, it even falls within the 1,000 year boundary. Well, alright, Goku Jr.'s generation we're assuming was the last SSJ Saiyan thing. Corey is unfrozen 1,104 years after the end of GT w/109 year-old Pan. (1993) It's been 1,116 years since the end of GT now that Corey's twelve. (2005) And, he's the true last of his clan. =/

Chapter 1: The Beginning

It was ordinarily a cool night, with the crickets chirping, days blurring together, then weeks, months, and finally years… however, today was different. It was currently three until seven in the morning, the morning birds going after their first worm, the sun just peeking over the horizon, casting an orange glow over the fairly large city. Near one of the numbered streets, a small, one-story house was about to have an awake preteen.

The alarm clock next to a large-sized bed read six fifty nine, one minute until seven… Why is seven ‘o clock so special, you may ask? Well, for a kid entering the teen years, he or she was to enter a Junior High School. In this case, waking up at seven is crucial. The figure under the covers had an I.Q. of that of a first grader. Sure, this one may not know much, but this one was a special case… no education, but has to have at least some knowledge here and there, besides how to fight and form odd signs with his hands. That, and it would really help his socialization factor.
The clock struck seven, and it buzzed away with its loud alarm, startling the figure underneath the covers, green and red, in a checkerboard pattern. The boy was previously asleep, but now, he needed to wake up. He would need to start walking to school in about forty-five minutes. This school he was going to was a three-minute walk, and then the school let the kids to their classes at seven until eight.
The male, clad in what appeared to be black and blue pajama shorts, with a white short sleeve shirt, staggered over to the light after shutting the alarm off. He then flicked the light on. Instantly, light, nearly bright as the sun itself to the sleepy eyes of the young person, filled the room. Blinking to lubricate his eyeballs, he instantly, but sluggishly, staggered over to the bathroom to start his morning ritual.
After finishing there, he walked slowly over to his dresser, brown hair waving slightly about. It was an untamed dome of strands of dirt-colored hair, some pointing out in angles due to being in bed for the night (bed-head). His eyelids slowly opened as he began picking out clothes, throwing back a red T-shirt with no writing on it, and a dark red pair of shorts that reached down to just past the knees. His eyes were pure black, with nearly no additions to the eye image, except for a ring around the pupil.
This boy was an Uchiha, part of a long-extinct clan. And, this boy was not only an Uchiha, but also, a member of the barbaric race known as the Saiyans. This sort was also wiped out well over 1,000 years ago, and currently, if there even was a Saiyan, the fraction would be somewhere in the thirty thousandths. This one was different, only half and half. However, most Saiyans had tails, but this one’s tail was removed. The tail looked monkey-like and covered in brown fur.He was frozen for a bit over a millennium, during which time the S-ranked criminal at the time, Itachi Uchiha, slaughtered the Uchihas down to he and his older brother, Sasuke Uchiha. Both died in battle with each other, “officially” killing off the clan. At approximately the same time of the Uchiha Massacre, Frieza, galatical tyrant of the universe of the 700s, destroyed the planet of the Saiyans, Vegeta, wiping out the Saiyans except for five: the legend Son Goku, his rival Vegeta, his brother Raditz, Vegeta’s servant Nappa, and Broly, the supposed Legendary Super Saiyan. All five died, with the two rivals managing to get half-blood Saiyans out, Son Gohan, Son Goten, Trunks, and Bulla. All of these, in turn, managed to spawn off quarter-blood Saiyans. By the time of 889 A.D., 1/16th blooded Saiyans were out and about.
As he finished his morning ritual, he turned to the wall calendar. It was the day after Labor Day, September 2nd of 2005. This meant that this boy was right on the mark—the first day of school was today!
Corey, the Uchiha/Saiyan cross mentioned above, walked out of the hardwood floored bedroom to the hallway, navy blue carpets under his sock-covered feet. The socks were pale as an albino mouse in the noon sun. He walked down that very hall into the kitchen, where he turned on another light. The boy had another thirty minutes to screw around for a bit, eat breakfast, and the like, so Corey figured that he’d eat some breakfast, first.
Diving into one of the cupboards below the sink, Corey soon found a chocolate cereal, named “Cocoa Krispies”.Within moments, the box was open, and, with a moderately sized bowl, poured in the very chocolate-tasting puffed rice. Then, turning to the yellowish-white refrigerator, he opened that up, too. Pulling out some milk, he turned back to the bowl and poured the white dairy liquid into the bowl with his crispy brown-rice shapes. The cereal cracked a few times. After resealing the milk and closing the door, he turned to another shelf…

Hold on: You’re wondering how this boy manages to live in a house without parents or anything like that, right? Well, to be honest, right before his adoptive family died, the farmer won the lottery, big time. So, with the increments of money now coming to him, Corey made a living of a moderately simple life being an orphaned child.

Having pulled out a piece of silverware, Corey turned back to the bowl, and commenced eating his cereal. Crunching noises emanated from the tooth enamel as it collided repeatedly with food. It was sort of like goring a piece of paper… no one can get hurt. If that piece of paper isn’t sharply-edged, of course. The process—spoon goes into cereal, silverware gets a handful of kibble-sized puffed rice, food goes into mouth, spoon removed, chow crunched between two sets of teeth—repeated itself until the cereal was gone, leaving behind brown milk. The dairy liquid was colored like the boy’s hair because of the things in his seed-shaped pieces of breakfast.
Slurping noises soon followed, as the hybrid drank from his bowl, sucking up the chocolate-flavored milk. Once that task was done, he proceeded to take it to the sink, which was overflowing with bowls and some plates. And about two dozen silverware pieces.
“Alright, I’m guessing it’s time to meet some friends!” he verbally declared, slipping on the white-and-black striped tennis shoes, which were almost the right fit. Since he couldn’t get the “tie shoe” skill down, he settled for zipper shoes. Zipping the shoes up as far as possible, Corey walked into the room, waiting for the timer he set to go off. Fifteen minutes passed before another beep went off, signaling the fact that it was now a quarter until seven.

Rising from his seat, Corey stepped out the front door, key in one hand, key holder in the other, and locked it behind him. He then placed the key inside of the holder, which looked like a rock that Charlie Brown got for Halloween, and set it down. Then, turning away from the house on <st1:Street w:st="on">3rd street</st1:Street>, ventured toward the school.

Little did Corey know that what the school system was planning to do as he entered now would set the stage for heroes to enter the fray against the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Worldwide</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">School</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> Board… Corey himself becoming one that Son Goku attained while fighting Frieza on Namek well over one thousand years ago…a Super Saiyan!
