Ok folks here it is the Official Mfg Logo Design Competition. Ace and I have been talking it over and we have decided to open and MFG merchandise shop on
CafePress.com: Shop, create or sell what's on your mind with custom T-Shirts, unique gifts and more. So we need a logo to go on all the official merchandise.
- Anyone can enter even if you have very basic graphical knowledge. Engel, I or any members of the graphic team will clean up the entry if need be.
Enter as many as you like as many variations as you like.
The designs will conform to strict templates that follow.
The winner will be chosen by a vote. Most likely a few select entries will be selected by Ace and then they put to a forum wide vote.
- The reason behind the logo design is to create brand awareness of MFG.
The reason behind the shop is to get a bit of revenue to help pay for some of the costs of running MFG (which comes out of the founders pockets)

What Ace and I want is some nice logo wear with no wild background or Anime characters (something you can wear at work) so keep it simple clean and sleek.
Save the images as PNG or Bitmap. Dont use Gif unless you know how to do it properly and try not to use jpeg. (PNG is preferred to reduce ghosting at the edges)
You are encouraged to use Postscript or TrueType fonts, and submit PSD or Illustrator files in addition to the rendered images?

Basically Truetype and Postscript fonts are default fonts that are pre installed in your graphic software.
