Lets use some math. ssj2 kid gohan was stated to be around 300 million. Lets say ssj3 goku was only 3x stronger than ssj2 kid gohan. That would put goku at 900 million. Now, lets say super buu was only 3x stronger than ssj3 goku. That would put super buu at 2,700,000,000. And mind you, ssj3 goku should be more then 3x stronger than ssj2 gohan and super buu should be more then 3x stronger then goku.
