There was nothing on the track. NASCAR Offical made them use softer tires so their'd be more 'competition' in their minds and make the drivers make harder decision. IMO, that was a bad move for the officals. I'd say just let them race with the tires they always have. BTW, I didn't see what play Stewart finished. Does anyone know/remember?
