I am eager to see what Kakashi's "To use that" is. Maybe it's going to be a more bulky Raikiri, maybe he is going to do the move he has in the PS2 Naruto game in which Kakashi forms a Raikiri in both hands and blasts the opponent with it. Or, he could make 2 Raikiri's and throw one like a ball on a chain. Seeing as the Raikiri's would be linked by Chakra, he could throw one and bring it back and swing it around etc. That would be cool.

But you have to remember he probably beat the Kage with his 'true self'.
