Another good writer, whether any of you have noticed or not, is Crazy Sunshine Hikaru. His/her (not sure) fic "Charapokko" captures countless personalities excellently, and even tweaks a few. There are a handfull of his/her (again, not sure [hey, that rhymed]) own original characters in there as well. He/She did a pretty good job on that fic, though not many members, from what I've seen, have heard of him/her.
