Definetely.

I've asked several people at NAMCO BANDAI who work on the Naruto games, why not stick with the original Japanese game names -- and they told me they wanted titles that were easier for gamers to understand.

So I can see not calling a game "Gekito Ninja Taisen", but "Naruto RPG" or even "Narutimate Hero" seem pretty simple to me.
