I thought it was physically impossible for a hybrid to achieve Super Saiyan 4.
That's why Bebi-Vegeta couldn't achieve it even when he was in full control of the Golden Oozaru while battling Goku as a Super Saiyan 4. Bebi was not saiyan, making Vegeta's heritage impure.
Perhaps there could be a Super Saiyan 4 for hybrids, just not the same form as pure Saiyans
