Sarutobi can't use Asa Kujaku or Ura Renge. He may know how to open some Gates, but probably not a lot of 'em. And that's still completely different from actually knowing those Gate-based techniques. Also, he can't use Tajuu Kage Bunshin. That was never shown.
I suggest you stop guessing and only list the Jutsus that the characters have actually been PROVEN to know.

Then I suppose by that logic, he also must have known Rasengan, Chidori, and the Mokuton Jutsus. Along with Flying Thunder God. He didn't know any of those. Yamato is the only one besides Shodai who can use Mokuton, if Sandaime could use Hiraishin then he could've killed Oro, and I doubt Kakashi taught Sandaime the Chidori. It's also highly unlikely that he would know the Rasengan. Yondaime taught it to Jiraiya, but I doubt Jiraiya turned around and taught it to Sandaime.
No, the 3rd didn't know all of Konoha's Jutsus. I don't know what kind of translation you read, but I'll check this info out just for the sake of knowing.
