Well we see a great ammount of stars as Dao Kai says that Burori has destroyed a galaxy.
A explotion magnitudes from the middle and consume all the stars.
A galaxy contains billions maybe trillions of stars and between each solarsystem there is an average distance of 40 lightyears.
This means that Burori must have been >40G->40T times faster than light, if he destroyed each solarsystem in one year.
And since SSJ Gotenkusu was the first one to go in the speed of light.
Well that would make Bruori a serval of billion times faster than him at least.
It's easier to say that he destroyed a galaxy in one blast.
However if Burori could destroy galaxies he would be in a league beyond Boo Gohan Prime himself.
Imagion about billions to trillions times more powerful than the blast SSJ2 Seru released that could destroy the solarsystem.
That's how it ends up when you go with non-canon logic.
It just doesnt work. It's like playing with lego and play-doh at the same time.
Basing on the way borh characters fighted the Z-fighters I would put LSSJ Burori above full powered Seru but bellow SSJ2 Seru.
