Yeah, and do you realize that that higher power level lessens the progress the higher gravity has on the body? Meaning, that being on that world when the gravity feels like nothing anymore means you have to do more training to make up for it. And the fact that Ten and Chouzu were on the planet for 266 days means they were practically living there. So, the probability they were out training every day isn't great. But considering that they probably did get more training time in than Goku, I would say Ten reaches 10,000 and Chouzu reaches 3,000 - 4,000.
About the training with Kami-sama, he made a comment that he left most of his training up to Mr. Popo and in the one panel we see of Ten and the others, Kami-sama is there. Also, note that Goku didn't leave Kami-sama's until the day of the tournament when everyone else left once they surpassed Kami-sama. Meaning that they might progress faster than Goku did.
