If they wanted her dead she would've been killed. The World Gov. knows what Robin really did and everything that blames Robin is propaganda. She was given the 79 Million Berrie bounty when she was 12 years old because she was from the Archelogist Island of Ohara. Thats the ONLY reason why she has the 79mil bounty. If she had been from anywhere else she probably wouldn't have a bounty at all, or at most a smaller bounty from her crminial activities (Baroque Works).

Unless Robin does something drastic, then her bounty will not go up.
