Nope. Akira stated that SS3 Goku was the strongest. I don't see how Gohan could be anyway, considerin FPSS3 Gotenks is already stronger than him.

Also, he may have shouted, but whats up with his cocky, confident attitude when Buu entered his own body? Exactly. He was stronger but couldnt hold SS3.
